Type it the way you say it
The search box is built for real typing. A full title works, half of one works, the original-language name works, and so do the other names a title goes by, so "Pathan" opens Pathaan and "Kimi no Na wa" opens Your Name. The shorthand people actually use works: JJK, HOTD, TLOU, GOT. Words like "watch", "online", "free", "hd" and "2kmovies" are stripped before the search runs, so a phrase pasted from a search engine finds the film rather than nothing.
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Korean titles
A romanised Hindi or Tamil title can be spelled several ways in Latin letters, and search is forgiving about it: Jawan and Jawaan open the same film, and a Korean title with or without its hyphens opens the same drama. The original script works too. When the spelling you know fails, an actor's name from the cast list is the surest route: type Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay, Prabhas or Song Joong-ki and their films line up.
Series and episodes
Add a season and an episode to the name, "reacher s3e4", "panchayat season 4 episode 2", and the results narrow to the series whose season has that episode with a recorded air date. One tap opens the show, and the season page is one tap further, with the row you wanted in the table.
Filters
The search page adds filters to the box: type, genre, year, status, country, original language and minimum rating, with a sort by popularity, newest, rating, recent update or name. Start with the broadest one that matters, usually language or genre, then narrow. Reset clears everything, and the address bar carries your search so the link can be sent.
When the search comes back empty
Remove one filter at a time. The most common cause is a year that is one off; the second is a title in another language, so try the English release title or the original one; the third is a name that belongs to a series when you searched movies, so switch Type to All. And if the title is genuinely missing, the A-Z list shows the whole catalogue in one scroll, which settles it in a minute.
